Harris Regional Hospital and Swain Community Hospital recently held a luncheon to honor 19 staff members for their years of service. This event is part of a quarterly awards program that acknowledges employees reaching milestone anniversaries in five-year increments. The honorees come from various departments, including clinical staff and support services, recognizing their contributions to patient care and hospital operations.

The employees celebrated this quarter include:

– 5 Years of Service: Christianna Castro (Imaging), Dawn Shuler (Imaging), Deidrea Dills (Harris Family Care – Franklin), David Sykes (Harris Wound Care), Jared Schoeberl (Harris Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine).

– 10 Years of Service: Valerie Kearns and Lisa Lance (Pharmacy), Gabby Kendzerski (Harris Urgent Care), Levi Weigand (Laboratory).

– 15 Years of Service: Kevin Harbaugh (Pharmacy), Beth Boone (Cardiopulmonary Rehab), Kim Self (Plant Operations).

– 20 Years of Service: Teresa Rhoads (Harris Urology), Starr Garcia-Hooper (Harris Family Care – Franklin).

– 25 Years of Service: DeeDee Queen (Laboratory), Barbie Adams (Cardiopulmonary Rehab).

– 30 Years of Service: Denise Neesam (Harris Women’s Care), Angie Connor (Laboratory).

Department leaders highlighted the impact each individual has made over the years during the event. Each honoree received a gift as a token of appreciation for their continued service.
