On Saturday, March 1, former Smoky Mountain High School standout Gavin McCoy’s current college team, the Brevard Tornados, lost 14-12 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Guilford Quakers.
The game took place at Gil Coan Field. This was their second matchup against the Quakers this season.
The Tornados’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 1 at 3 p.m. at Gil Coan Field against Guilford Quakers.
