On Saturday, March 22, former Smoky Mountain High School standout Tate Stewman’s current college team, the Western Carolina Catamounts, won 11-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the East Tennessee State Buccaneers.

The game took place at Catamount Softball Complex. This was their second matchup against the Buccaneers this season.

The Catamounts’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 23 at 1 p.m. at Catamount Softball Complex against East Tennessee State Buccaneers.
