HAYESVILLE HIGH SCHOOL: New HHS Math Curriculum

Math

Hayesville High School issued the following announcement on Jul. 24.

Hayesville High School is considering adopting a new math curriculum.

This specific curriculum was selected for review as a team by the HHS math teachers and their principal, Mr. Overlin, after a thorough investigation into the currently available options that align with the North Carolina math standards for grades 9-12.

Samples of the curriculum are set up in the Clay County Schools Board Room, located in the CCS Central Office at 154 Yellow Jacket Drive, Hayesville, NC 28904.

The public can leave feedback on the proposed curriculum in the drop box. This feedback will be considered by the Board of Education before voting to adopt the curriculum at the July 2021 regular board meeting on July 26th.
