Seminar

Jackson County Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on Sep 10.

If you are among the numerous property owners affected by the NC 107 Upgrade Project, attend this in-person educational seminar designed to help you prepare for the project's possible effects on your property.

SEMINAR DATE & TIME: September 20, 2021, from 7 pm - 9 pm

LOCATION: Jackson County Public Library 310 Keener St, Sylva, NC 28779

REGISTER FOR SEMINAR HERE: https://bit.ly/3gPNIbC

One of our firm’s former NCDOT attorneys will be present to offer negotiation tips, explain your eminent domain rights, and answer your questions. Please take advantage of his experience. After years of seeing property owners leaving money on the table when dealing with the NCDOT, he’s putting his inside knowledge in your corner.

At the NC Eminent Domain Law Firm, there are three former NCDOT attorneys. They use their experience and knowledge of the NCDOT and its processes to try to help property owners get more for their properties. Since our firm started, we’ve increased the average offer for our clients by more than 202%.*

We hope you will attend if your property is impacted by the project. The seminar is completely free, and there is no obligation whatsoever to hire us. You’re not alone – your neighbors are also affected, and there is often strength in numbers!

*Each case is unique and must be evaluated on its own merits. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome. Average based on each case’s increase as of 12/31/20.
