CHEROKEE COUNTY: Cultural Attractions and Outdoor Fun are now open

Cherokee County recently issued the following announcement.

Looking for cultural attractions and outdoor fun in Cherokee, NC? These places are all open.

The Museum of the Cherokee Indian, 9 am-5 pm daily. Masks required.

 The Oconaluftee Indian Village, 9:30 am–4:30 pm, Wed-Sat. Masks required.

 Fire Mountain Trail System, open daily

 Fishing is back! Permits required.

 Soco Falls and Mingo Falls, open daily

 Oconaluftee Islands Park, open daily
