Harris Regional Hospital has announced the addition of Bryant Reinking, PA-C, to its medical team with the reopening of Harris Cardiology on April 1. Located at 80 Healthcare Drive, Suite 101 in Sylva, this facility will provide comprehensive cardiology services.

Reinking has extensive experience in vascular and general surgery and is passionate about patient education and preventive care. He aims to empower patients to actively manage their heart health. "I have always been fascinated by the human body and how we can optimize its function," said Reinking. "The heart is at the core of everything we do, and I love working in a specialty that is both integral to overall health and allows me to make a real difference in people’s lives."

Originally from Colorado, Reinking recently moved with his family to western North Carolina for its natural beauty and community environment. For two months prior to joining Harris Cardiology, he collaborated with Western Carolina Cardiology at Haywood Regional Medical Center in Clyde.

The reopening of Harris Cardiology offers outpatient cardiology services including preventive care, diagnostics, and treatment for residents of Jackson County and nearby areas. Ashley Hindman, CEO of Harris Regional and Swain Community Hospitals stated: “We are thrilled to welcome Bryant Reinking, PA-C, to our medical team with the reopening of Harris Cardiology.”

Harris Regional Hospital holds accreditation as a Chest Pain Center by the American College of Cardiology. The hospital provides both inpatient and outpatient cardiac services.
