Town of Franklin Police Department issued the following announcement on Dec. 28.
Following the incident below on December 20, 2022, Sgt. Randy Dula continued to check out leads eventually collecting sufficient evidence to charge Michael David Wright with more crimes that include carrying a concealed handgun in a local grocery store, and vehicle break-ins with theft in the Bidwell Street and Harrison Avenue areas. Wright was arrested for these crimes on December 25, 2022.

12/16/2022 – Felony Breaking and Entering Motor Vehicle (X2) Larceny From Motor Vehicle (X2)
10/07/2022 – Felony Breaking and Entering Motor Vehicle (X1) Larceny from Motor Vehicle (X1)
